Task Intelligence

ARK TaskLens

Turn cited repository context into a prioritized task map.

Index a repo, extract tasks, risks, and next actions from cited files, then keep source code local while the team decides what to ship first.

A working ARK TaskLens MVP path that converts RepoLens-style citations into prioritized engineering actions without requiring one fixed model runtime.

Included

  • Task extraction workflow
  • Priority/category rubric
  • Source citation mapping
  • Launch-readiness task report

Customization path

  • Define buyer-specific task categories
  • Connect company docs and release checklists
  • Add evaluator rules before model upgrades

Best buyer

Founders, product teams, agencies, and internal tools teams that need a clear task map from private repo context.

Try the local flow

The first buyer experience is a working repo index, an index report, and a cited coding answer.

$ localengine index examples/demo_project$ localengine tasks$ localengine report$ localengine doctor

Expected demo output

The demo proves that retrieval is wired before the buyer swaps in a real repository.

Purchase delivery

  • Review the public Hugging Face demo first
  • Confirm target workflow, task taxonomy, and review rubric
  • Receive private GitHub access or a licensed ZIP once the pilot scope is approved
  • Replace the demo project with the buyer's owned repository
  • Run local indexing and task extraction before any model-specific upgrade

What changes for the buyer

The demo project gets replaced with the buyer's owned repo, docs, and style guide. The template keeps the same local indexing, report, citation, and review workflow.

Buyer clarity

Before purchase

Clear answers for delivery, customization, and license boundaries.

Is TaskLens the same product as RepoLens?

No. RepoLens answers code questions with citations. TaskLens uses the cited local context to create prioritized tasks, risks, and follow-up actions.

Does it require a specific model runtime?

No. TaskLens can run as a workflow on local indexed context first. A buyer can later connect an approved local or enterprise model path if needed.

Why is it not marked as fully available yet?

TaskLens is in public demo and planning stage. The technical repo is private, and paid handoff should happen after workflow scope and support terms are reviewed.

Product proof

Built on the same source-local index pattern as ARK RepoLens.

Product proof

Separates cited repo evidence from recommended next actions.

Product proof

Keeps model paths optional through configuration.

Product proof

Creates a repeatable task map that non-technical stakeholders can read.
